I didn't buy my Honda Element from Proctor Honda but they have given me service as though I did! Most of the time, there is very little wait time for their Express Service and they are polite and friendly. I have given me service as though I did! I had a warning light come on in my 2010 Honda Fit. I called the service department and had an appointment for the next day, convenient for my schedule. Needed my tires balanced, took my car in on a Saturday and in less than an hour they were finished. Additionally I asked that they check my A/C system as a furry critter had moved in a while back and the and in less than an hour they were finished. I visited Proctor Honday yesterday and had an excellent experience . My early morning started out with my check engine light comming on and motor running rough. I drove it to Proctor Service unannounced an experience . My early morning started out with my check engine light comming on and motor running rough. I drove it to Proctor Service unannounced and was third in line. When they opened at 7:30am I was immediately seen and car was diagnosed . It had fouled plugs in 4 of the 6 cylinders which was partially due to a needed computer update bulletin and ethanol gas issues. It so happened I was ready for my oil service and also rear brakes. They jumped on the service repairs and I was out the door at 9:30 ! Now that's excellent service also while it didn't cost me my right hand. Thanks Proctor Honda More
I have a used Honda that was purchased in Atlanta (by a customer service rep for our credit union) for us. It came with a wobbly front seat.
