The end-of-model-year deal we reached on the '10 Premium edition we ultimately purchased seemed to be a very good, fair one. There was no high-pressure salesmanship of any kind at any point, which made the overall experience pleasant and satisfying. Mark Poole was most gracious and communicated clearly during the paperwork phase of the transaction. This is the first car we've purchased from Proctor and, so far, so good! More

Good overall experience. This dealership appears courteous and efficient, but a little pricey (worth it if all goes well in follow-up stages). Had a very nice, No pressure purchase of a new Forrester. It was one of my most pleasent Auto buying experiences. I will recommend this dealership and Don to my friends and anyone else that will that needs to know. One thing that did impress me was that when my trade in was evaluated, once complete my key was returned to me. I have had some bad experiences in the past with the dealership not being able to Locate my key. Keep up the good work. I hope the service will be as great as the purchase. More

I stopped by the day after to bring in my title and he was in the middle of his lunch and I walked into his office and he jumped up and put his lunch aside to help me. I heve been going to Procter Subaru since I didcovered it--I had just bought a new 2010 Legacy. I have had Subarus for 20years + and loved them from the first time I drove one! I bought the Legacy, not it--I had just bought a new 2010 Legacy. I have had Subarus for 20years + and loved them from the first time I drove one! I bought the Legacy, not realizing how low it was to the ground (I've had Forresters and Outbacks). I did not like the fact that this car was so low to the ground and traded it for the Outback. The salesman was good--I didn't even try to get a lower price. I felt it deal was fair and I love my new 2010 Outback! Thank you! More
