Dear GC, Your review is a rehash of your experience many years ago. I have no idea who you are because you have chosen to hide your identity, but please accept my apologies for your experience. Since that time, we have a new service manager, and several new technicians that are all fully trained and prepared to help with any concern you may have. Please don't waste your time and life obsessing about this so much that you feel it necessary to republish such an old review. We clearly did not handle your situation in the way we should have.
