I purchased a vehicle from Provo GMC and have driven it less than 2,000 miles. In that short time, it’s already been in the shop three times and now it needs a completely new engine. Before the engine failure, I even tried to sell it back to Provo GMC at a financial loss, hoping to cut my losses early, but they wouldn't even consider it. It’s clear to me now that there were underlying issues from the beginning. I’m incredibly disappointed by how this situation has been handled and by the lack of accountability from the dealership. Deceptive practices of switch and bate!!!! Buyer BEWARE!!! My original build for my 2021 Escalade from back in July included an additional $2000 option for Night vision in which my delivered Escal BEWARE!!! My original build for my 2021 Escalade from back in July included an additional $2000 option for Night vision in which my delivered Escalade did not come equipped with even though I had been told several times that the reason my build had taken so long was due to being held up for the Night Vision option. Not once had anyone mentioned to me that the vehicle, I signed for did not come equipped with the features I had originally intended to have. I may have caught the missing option had someone from the dealership actually taken the time to do a proper delivery of the vehicle by walking through the vehicle and going over the features along with helping set up everything, in which none of the proper delivery process took place. When I first arrived to sign for the vehicle, I had noticed horrible swirl marks in the brand-new paint. After complaining to the dealership, someone apply some hand wax which still left blemishes to be noticed. I still have marks on the fabric, the steering wheel and other areas that are not acceptable. I paid over $100k to have a service of buying a used $5000 vehicle from a used car lot, NOT the Cadillac experience I had envisioned. I would like someone from Corporate to reach out and make this right, this kind of business is not good business and should not be allowed. I have tried reaching out to the GM Phil, not once will he take my call or return my call.. I guess they pulled a fast one on me and have my money so they are gone out of the picture.. I would like the original intended vehicle as I had anticipated, blemish free. More

The service department has always done a great job taking care of me and are very polite and professional. Don’t believe their advertising - They didn’t care about me. I once had to get my door repaired because water was leaking into the car through the lining around the door. The 'all knowing' GMC service manager mo I once had to get my door repaired because water was leaking into the car through the lining around the door. The 'all knowing' GMC service manager moved the bracket that locks the door in an inch and exclaimed "FIXED!" This made the door not line up with the rest of the car. This also caused damage to the weather strip. I told them that didn't fixed the problem. The manager replied in a condescending voice "that's how the pros do it." I immediately went to the owner's office to report the ridiculous solution. The owner told me that he hired a manager to handle "problems like me" and that if I didn't like what his manager did than I should sue him. My only option was to leave. I refused to pay for the service and went to another dealer (non GMC) to get it fixed. It turned out that I needed a new weather strip too. I felt like the owner thought that I was beneath him - I'd never recommend this company. Looking at other reviews - I'm not the only one. When Mark Harmon asks you to call him, don’t bother - he might just tell you to sue him if you’re unhappy. More
