They listened to what I wanted in a car and found me the perfect one, with a payment way BELOW what I expected. They are also supportive of our local schools. My elementary just received a donation to utilize for special projects. I can best summerize my experience as ; Come as a friend...Leave as family. More

Brought my vehicle in due to concerns of alternator failing after getting my battery and alternator tested at AutoZone. AutoZone said my battery tested fine and my alternator was failed. After multipoi failing after getting my battery and alternator tested at AutoZone. AutoZone said my battery tested fine and my alternator was failed. After multipoint inspection I was called and told that I needed new tires and brake pads and that a bit of corrosion was on my battery cables and that I needed a new battery. Went and got battery replaced under warranty at AutoZone and the next morning got a light on my Dash saying charging system fail. I called the dealership and let them know about the charging system fail was told I could bring it in but I would be charged diagnostic fee to check the alternator. I was never informed that the alternator could not be tested with a bad battery. I paid $235 to have anti-corrosion cream put on my terminals and get my battery cables cleaned up plus the oil change that I requested. The only service I wanted was my alternator tested and an oil change. I could have cleaned my battery cables and put anti corrosion cream on them for about $5. I won't be bringing my vehicle back to Pryor to be serviced. After bringing it to a dealership in Claremore it turns out all that needed done was a 20 amp fuse needed replaced. Luckily my local dealership took care of it at no charge. More
