At Roberts Auto Center, I recently traded a 1999 Silverado for a 2002 Silverado 1500 Z71 4x4. I knew what I wanted but there were none on that lot. Without Steve's patience and understanding, I would never gotten the pickup that I wanted and needed. I am 69 years old and have never had high regard for "used car salesmen".
