Everyone was friendly and w I bought a car on the 14th, and they made it so convenient! It was stress free, and I could actually get excited about it! Everyone was friendly and welcoming! It was fun, and I never felt pressured to get anything. They worked with me financially and gave me a great deal!! They instantly took my car to service and cleaned and took care of any maintenance that could possibly be needed to drive off the lot in great condition! I will recommend everyone to get your dream car with Roberts Auto! More

DJ was told before we came we would not have a trade and he said the price would not change. But it did change. They lied and tried to get us to buy the truck for over $1,000 a month. He kept saying what can I do to get you to buy it....this was after we already told him what we wanted and where we needed our payments. He never told us the interest rate and kept leaving us in the office alone. 2 hours sitting there wasted...we walked out. We bought elsewhere. More

I was told for three weeks in a row that they were sending the title, next day air. I called them at least every other day to find out why they did not send my title. Never got an answer and this kind of service is unacceptable. More
Don't hesitate Very courteous and service oriented. Bought a 2012 Dodge Ram and traded in a Ford truck. Got a good price on both trucks...no hassle. Very courteous and service oriented. Bought a 2012 Dodge Ram and traded in a Ford truck. Got a good price on both trucks...no hassle. More

was looking for a new auto I started out looking for a used vehicle. Found one with VERY low miles and a decent price online. When I inquired about this Tahoe and its unbelievab I started out looking for a used vehicle. Found one with VERY low miles and a decent price online. When I inquired about this Tahoe and its unbelievable miles Jimmy Vogt quickly replied letting me know that yes that was the miles. I asked if anything was wrong with it, and why was it still there... His response was nothing at all wrong with it, and it was just waiting on me to come buy it. I quickly let him know what a sleazy car dealer answer that was. I was also told it was a Rogers state campus cop car. I talked with the President of Rogers and was told that was a lie! Would NOT EVER work with Jimmy V he lied to me and just seemed sleazy! Came in at a later date and looked at trucks & Tahoes. One salesman told us how to tell by the stock number if the vehicle is a trade in or a auction car, next Tahoe we test drove the other salesman said the Tahoe was a one owner trade-in but according to the stock number "trick" we knew he was lying to us. Test drove a work truck, when my husband ask if it was a V6 he was told no it was a V8, we popped the hood and looked to find out it was a V6 all the while the Salesman continued to say it was a V8. Ended up not buying that night, came back again to look at New trucks, Test drove a nice Z71, went to figure out price. Salesman leaves us in office returns with paper saying here's some different monthly payment options, stopped him and asked what the total price was on the truck. He didn't know the price and had to go ask... After deliberating we couldn't get the price where we wanted it so we left again with no truck. The sad part is we tried to give our business to the county we live in but we just weren't able to work it out. More

I drove 2 hours to look at a car I saw online which looked like a great deal just to find a car that would not start, was missing the 3rd row seat and I drove 2 hours to look at a car I saw online which looked like a great deal just to find a car that would not start, was missing the 3rd row seat and had a cracked windshield!! very upset!! they didn't care that I was coming from far, all they want is for you to get there so they can try to make a deal. will never recommend this dealer to anyone!! FEMALE BUYERS BEWARE!!!!! THEY WILL TELL YOU ANYTHING!!! A year ago I was looking online for a car that cost less than the car I was currently driving. I was wanting to trade for something that was cheaper t A year ago I was looking online for a car that cost less than the car I was currently driving. I was wanting to trade for something that was cheaper to get out of being upside down on a car I had bought following a divorce. I somehow was connected with Jimmy Vogt as a salesperson. Initially he acted like he had my best interest in mind...(first mistake) after talking to him and looking at a few cars I decided it wasn't in my best interest and I needed to just hold onto the car I was currently driving. Cory Hodges and Jimmy Vogt were very determined to get me to buy a car. Cory Hodges asked to me come and speak to him in the office. (second mistake) He said "I am trying to figure out away we can help you get out from upside down on your car". He said "buy this 2013 GMC Terrain with $3,000 rebate for $484 per month ($150 more than I was already paying per month) and come back in a year and trade it in and you won't be upside anymore and you can trade it for something that cost less and your payments will be less. Well, I fell for it (third mistake). Cory Hodges assured me that he would be there, that he had recently been transferred to the store and bought a house and he would be there. I didn't get that agreement in writing (forth mistake). One year later I walk into the dealership, Jimmy Vogt standing right there on the sales floor and Cory Hodges sitting cozy in his office just as I had left them a year before. I walked in and said "Ok, I'm ready to trade my car like you said." I'm sure they were shocked to have someone come in the door seeking to collect on a deal that had been made a year ago. They weren't completely aware of the deal, but you could tell they were nervous about what they had said that I was holding them to. My dad came with me this time to help me finance the car because now my credit was completely destroyed do to the increase in my car payment that I had had for the year so he was going to help me with the credit portion. As conversation progressed, Dusty Brown was sent in, I'm assuming the "big guns" and began arguing with my dad that they could not hold up their end of the deal and that they could not buy back my car. Following that Jimmy Vogt comes back in and he is a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT PERSON than the carsalesman he was a year ago so eager to have my best interest in mind. He began arguing and telling me and my dad that all the things I was saying was a lie, that none of what I said they said was true and I was lying. I immediately saw what we were dealing with and instead having my dad continue to argue with these men, considering it was my fault to begin with, I told Jimmy that maybe I misunderstood what the agreement was. We left then and as I was leaving I watched through the windows to see the reactions of the salespeople. Jimmy went around telling all of his peers how he had taken care of it, you could tell by his body language that he was bragging how he took care of it. I will admit I was a fool, first off, a woman should never walk into a dealership alone, they automatically become prey. I just think it is important that this information be communicated other women who just might take the time to read this review and not make the same mistakes I made. More
