Worst car buying experience I've ever dreamed of having.This group of people are very dishonest and will hide information from you to get you to unwittingly commit to not just a bad but probably th having.This group of people are very dishonest and will hide information from you to get you to unwittingly commit to not just a bad but probably the worst deal on a car you can get. Looked online made a list conveniently the cars I wanted were sold. One was listed as a 2010 actually a 2006. I agreed to look purchase another car for 12,000. I didn't like what they offered 550 a month for 36 months. So the dealer went back to try and make some kind of offer I guess. Came back with a 440 a month 3k down. Did not mention loan length turns out it was 72 months!! Highest interest 21%. Let's see 12000 car 3000 down would bring it to 9000. 450 for 72 months. 30 grand I was going to end up paying for a used car with 70k miles ridiculous right. I said no way! So anyway some chump comes back to talk I said I can get something at buy here pay here 15% 48 months less than 400 a month. He got an attitude and said where if you don't buy this car you will never get one. Guess this guy thinks hes better then me. Gimme a break dude Im an army girl with a line unit I seen some you know what. What have you done car salemen sat on your you know what and gibber gabbered a bunch of bull. Than he suggested I go upside down on my loan and trade it in in a couple yrs xxx?? But even at 21% 3k down on a 9000 loan comes no where near 30k that over double god knows what they added to the contract. I'm a 32 yr old combat veteran I do not have time for some low life car salesmen those guys should be handed a riffle and stuck out in Afghanistan. Hey guy I called my bank got a loan with 8% interest I pay 250 a month for 48 months And a 4yr power train extended warranty. I got kids to take care of. You people really shouldn't write your own reviews. Run for the hills these guys got no integrity not even for a dealership. And grossly proud of there low standard's and screwing families out of there hard earned money. For an easy buck. Some people will do anything that doesn't affect themselves for a dollar rather then actually work for it. Congratulations you sold your soul to the dollar. More

Ask for Jimmy Vogt!!! He is not the average car salesman, he actually cares and wants to help people get the best vehicle for the best price. This dealership is dishonest and they will lie to you. We bought a truck several months ago, and unfortunately it was long enough ago that I don't remember the details of everything they tried to sneak into bought a truck several months ago, and unfortunately it was long enough ago that I don't remember the details of everything they tried to sneak into the contract, so some of this review will sound vague. The person in charge of writing up the sales contract (don't remember his name) kept trying to sneak things into the contract that we didn't want. He was dishonest and literally lied to us. The sales person we dealt with was very friendly, but is no longer there. The problem came when we went into the office to write up the sales contract. He kept trying to sneak things into the contract that we told him we didn't want. We told him we didn't want any extras, just whatever was included in the price that was advertised. He printed off the contract and handed it to us to sign, and the price was way above what was advertised. So we went through it and repeated what we didn't want. So then he tried to tell us that a certain maintenance schedule that required us bringing the truck in several times a year was part of the contract and that it couldn't be removed. We told him we lived 60 miles away and wouldn't be coming back for the maintenance, but he said it couldn't be removed and we would have to pay for it whether we used it or not, so we should try to get in for the maintenance. At that point we didn't realize what a liar he was, so we didn't argue, but told him it would be very difficult for us to come in. Then he tried to sell us something else (I don't remember what) that was a good deal at just $2 a month, so we bought it. He printed up a second contract, and after doing the math in our heads we realized that the $2 a month was actually $20 a month, so we told him we didn't want it, and he tore up that second contract. As he was printing a third contract for us, he asked us a third time if we thought we could get in for that maintenance, we said no, and I guess he started feeling guilty, because he said he would take it off (we didn't bother to ask why he had originally told us it was required and couldn't be removed, because by that time we didn't trust him at all). There were some other things that he tried to put in the contract, and if we hadn't read it carefully we would not have noticed. So he wrote up three contracts that had to be torn up because of the things he tried to sneak in. There is one thing that he did manage to get by us. He said they automatically do the window etching, and it cost $250 more than the advertised price. We said we didn't want it, and he said it was already done so we had to buy it. This was the very first lie he told us, so at that time we still trusted him and didn't realize he was lying. We didn't think to ask about why wasn't it included in the advertised price if it was already done, so we accepted it and went on with the rest of the contract negotiation as described above. By the time we finally got done (45 minutes to an hour later) and realized how dishonest he was, we had forgotten about the etching we paid for. We realized on the way home that we could have refused to pay for it since it wasn't in the advertised price, and when I googled it at home, it said that if etching is included in the contract and you don't want it, all you have to do is scratch it out. I called the customer relations specialist (it was a different person than the one listed now) at the dealership and complained to him, but he wasn't much help. He repeated the lie that we had to pay for the etching because it was already done, even though it wasn't included in the advertised price. This place is dishonest. If you research this dealership online, you will find several reviews saying the same thing. We will never go here again. More
