Tiffany- The General Manager, Aubrey Owens, has tried to reach you by phone. He is difficult to catch and I know how frustrating that is....believe me! :) I have spoken to him today and he would like for you to call him at 918-825-5410 whenever it is convient for you on Thursday.(he is out of office today) I personally will give the receptionist your name and let her know when you call to track Aubrey down and either get him on the phone with you or call you right back if his is in a meeting. I had a conversation with Aubrey yesterday about your post on Dealer Rater and I want to assure you that we DO take them serious. He has already spoken to both the salesman and the manager you mentioned. Action has been taken to correct this problem/behavior. You are more thatn welcome to call me if you would like to talk more.
