Stephanie; Thank you for your response. I can do better than that. My grandfather, and the truck that we have since found out was the subject of a RECALL, are on their way to you. Can I possibly find terms strong enough to explain to you how irritated he is? My grandparents are Bill Brunk and Ruby Merrell Brunk. They have made repeated telephone contact with your dealership and have thus far gotten about as much response as one would expect of a customer service request to the I.R.S. Thus my grandfather's decision to make the journey. May I make a suggestion? My grandfather has never been lionized for his tact or diplomacy....and that's when he isn't angry.
