Arrived several hours before stated noon auction. Did not start until 1pm. If you say noon you should start at noon. Kept saying auction starting soon. Jerking off waiting on more customers. My purchase is a 2004 C Class Benz at a pretty good price, the finance process was efficient and explained in detail. I've been to a few auto auctions.. held on gravel unpaved lots with cars scattered all over, unorganized, no help available on the lot, no test drive, no service or customer service and unprofessional staff. You buy a car at an auction and next week they are GONE, relocated or under a different tent. This company has a better approach to the auction; Organized, sufficient staff to answer questions, they have a service dept. ( got my car detailed and oil change) and a customer service department. Are all cars top of the line? No...Some are bruised or older....But there was enough for me to choose from. The restroom and waiting area could have been cleaner. Thanks guys.. I enjoyed the visit this time and would buy again! Helen H. More

We had to involve the Bureau of Automotive Repair to force Public Motors to replace the engine in a car that was "under warranty" when it blew up. If you check other review sites like Yelp-com or trust force Public Motors to replace the engine in a car that was "under warranty" when it blew up. If you check other review sites like Yelp-com or trustlink-org - you will see 1 Star reviews from person after person who was ripped off by these scoundrels.
