The vehicle was sold to me only after transmission had been replaced and also something to do with the AC now. How can this be a certified pre owned vehicle? It failed me on the first day of having it. I asked to please let me exchange this one as I no longer feel safe or confident in this vehicle. I got a no, as it would deem difficult. But yet you rather I keep coming week after week with the same issues. Really sad! More

Don't be fooled by the 5 stars, as of June 2023, this location is struggling. The are extremely understaffed and overwhelmed. I took my Jeep in for service to be met with the phone-tag run around. They do not have the resources to provide good customer service. The took a whole week to diagnose the Jeep, supposedly fixed it. About 4 days later the vehicle is still having issues and I had to take it back in for repair. Made complaints to upper management, they are not responding promptly. More

Terrible communication. I left my car on a Wednesday morning and I never heard anything from them until I called on Friday afternoon. They proceed to tell me that they cant I left my car on a Wednesday morning and I never heard anything from them until I called on Friday afternoon. They proceed to tell me that they cant tell me the status of my vehicle because the service advisor that helped me wasn't there so nobody else in the entire building could check on my vehicle. They call me back later that day and tell me it's not ready even though they have had it since Wednesday morning and that maybe it will be ready Monday. I told them no that I was coming Saturday to get my car. While on the phone with a couple of different people they could care less that I was without my vehicle that long and could care less about the service I was getting. I asked for a manager several time's but they couldn't find one of those either. Part of the issue is that I have had nothing but issues with my new vehicle I got from these guys and then the horrible service from the service department just made it worse. I mean "Service" is in the name. I wont be bringing my vehicle back here for service and I will get out of my vehicle as soon as I can. More

I dropped off my car because the check engine light went on. I was told that they need the car for a week. I did not expect my car back for a week, but I would have expected some type of communication about on. I was told that they need the car for a week. I called 3 days after I dropped off my vehicle, and I was put on hold to talk to my original service advisor for over 45 minutes. My service advisor never picked up. I was called back on day 4 and was told that my car had not been touched. I am surprised that no one could have connected to a machine to read the code. I should have just done it myself at an auto parts store for free and with one a few minutes I would have know the error. I then called day 6 thinking that someone would have at least read the code; however I was on the phone for 1 hour and 45 min waiting for my advisor. I don’t understand why someone else food not look at my service order. After waiting for such a long time on hold, I decided to drive to the dealership. I arrived at the dealership before anyone can answer my call. Day 7, I was called because the issue was because of the gas cap. It was replaced under warranty. The gas cap was not in stock, so they needed to order it and will arrive the next day. I asked them to call me when it was done. They informed me it will be done 1-2 days which should have been done on Thursday. I get an email from the service done on my car, so I called to see if it was completed. I do not understand why I could not have some form of communication. I was a service manager, and I believe this dealership will benefit from a system where a customer can look up their service order on the dealership website. I know it’s a little costly to get someone to program it. Another solution, you can have your service advisors send us an email or call every 2-4 days. Some communication is better than no communication. The overall experience in this dealership is by far the worst that I have had in the last -0 car purchases over the last 10 years. Sales: they closed the deal and kept on ordering me the wrong parts that we had agreed Ed upon. Services: they are only order what they are told but they should have seen the part that was ordered was not for my vehicle. I hate to write negative surveys, but someone needs to know the level of services that is provided. I believe going forward, I may have to look for another dealership for my services. Can you also please ask your sales department to update their info about me. They keep on calling me if I wanted to buy a Jeep. I bought my Jeep from them 3 months ago. More
