I brought my car several times for same issue . I understand that their busy, but if I am making an appointment to diagnose my car and they keep it for 3 days just for Diag. Now that makes me question the ability of the mechanics. If they need 3 days to diagnose. I'm frustrated with this dealer. They will not even take me home due to 10 mile radius and they still want to leave me without a car for 3 days. Not everyone has has 2 or 3 cars at home or a ride. :( More

Went in for a recall and they didn’t tell me there tool a diesel mechanic on site I was without a truck for 2 weeks. Recall wasn’t completed due to no diesel tech. My truck sat at their dealership for almost two months and during this time the communication was horrible at best.
