BAIT & SWITCH! The bait & switch technique is terrible! I came in yesterday trying to purchase not 1 but 2 vehicles! I am saddened by the absolute lack of moral char The bait & switch technique is terrible! I came in yesterday trying to purchase not 1 but 2 vehicles! I am saddened by the absolute lack of moral character displayed by the sales staff. I test drove the purple Jeep Wrangler and told the salesman I wanted to purchase it and hold it. I then test drove a grey Doge Ram dually and told him I wanted it also. When we went inside to write the check for both suddenly the dually was sold! They said they "had others" though but upon looking of course the prices were higher! As for the purple Jeep they of course upped the price even though I printed the price right before going to the store! I'm a good person...I served my country honorably in the US Army. I adopted 6 beautiful kids (most special needs) and now I have custody of an 11 month old I am raising. My karma should be good but this feels REALLY BAD! I do not like the tactics of this sales staff and I am going to make sure everyone knows about this including the DMV. I will take this to court as it is bad advertising and bad sales techniques. Bad at first but they fixed the problems I was frustrated because a new hire Jesus sold me a car with missing parts and failed to mention parts were missing and also that the car didn't inclu I was frustrated because a new hire Jesus sold me a car with missing parts and failed to mention parts were missing and also that the car didn't include mats, it was only when leaving with the car is when the new hire Jesus informed me of the missing parts but assured me that those parts "didn't matter" I was furious. Overall Jesus was nice but he lacked knowledge for the business he's in and didn't know much about jeeps. For example when I tried test driving the car it wouldn't start and when I asked him if that was normal he said yes when cars sit for a while, but of course the battery was dead and they then had to send me home in a rental because of his mistake. I became fed up and just asked to speak with BOB the manager and he solved all my problems and put my mind at ease. Although my experience wasn't inetially great because of Jesus, BOB really helped me out and hooked me up with parts and mats. I will return here just for him. Jesus needs to learn a little bit more before he starts selling cars on his own or at least have someone watchinging him. More

Friendly I just bought a Jeep from these guys. Ronald was amazing. It felt more like hanging out with friends. I think the process took longer because we all e I just bought a Jeep from these guys.
