Brought car in to get transmission replaced, waited over 3 months to get parts. Ended up being charged for car rental which they said they would cover and have to wait 2 months to get refund. While car was in shop, they called me when they finally got the transmission in and said there's another problem. The main cable to the hybrid battery was chewed up so to replace that it was going to be $2000. I was outraged as it could of happened while sitting there for over 3 months, but they denied it. I had no choice but to replace as they said it would be dangerous. After car was ready, I paid and decided to open hood to understand what was done and there was lots of foam pieces left under the hood. I thought that should of been cleaned up and they say it's not their responsibility. Then after complaining, they finally took it to the back to blow it out. The mechanic did a very sloppy job and left bottles in the car side door. Was not happy about the whole experience. More

Long time customer. Got regular oil change, wheel alignment and tire rotation. The spoiler was getting loose so we had the service dept tighten it down, preventing a very costly replacement and order delay had it come off the car. We have always worked with Javier Esquivel for several years on all our service. He is a friendly and very knowledgeable service rep. The dealership has been undergoing a long external refresh, which limits customer seating. It is forecast to last a few more months. Something needs to be done to speed this up as there are not many signs of significant exterior progress. More
