Extremely Poor Customer Service I bought my car March 28 and bought a Gold Plus Extended Warranty for my car. I agreed with Frank the salesman and one of the managers that I wanted $ I bought my car March 28 and bought a Gold Plus Extended Warranty for my car. I agreed with Frank the salesman and one of the managers that I wanted $0 deductible on the extended warranty. When we met with Frank the Finance Manager, he made it seem like all the paperwork was correct and we signed for it. Yes, I should have read over everything properly, which is my fault, but the Finance Manager and other manager should not have switched our agreement. After we received the Extended Warranty paper from Subaru of America, it said the deductible was $100. I called about 5 times now and the receptionist always says they are in a meeting and will call me back. I did not receive a call back yet in the past 3 weeks. I live 70 miles from this dealership and they don't have the courtesy to even call back. Frank Lejis was super helpful with the car purchase, but it seems like the manager Sam Tran and the Finance Manager Frank did not communicate properly about the $0 deductible. I'm just hoping they call back today! I emailed the Finance Manager Frank today as well. More

When we got there, Kyle Harmon friendly greeted us, showed us the cars and took us for a ride. He spent his time to explain us the advantage of this car and answered all the questions. He was so patient and knowledgeable. We decided to buy a car there. At the second time we got there, Mr. Li (Xiao Mi, who speaks Chinese, too) has helped us gone through the purchase process. Both Kyle Harmon and Mr. Li are very professional. It was nice experience to buy the car there. If other friends want to buy Subaru cars, definitely we will recommend them to this dealer.
