The sales and service staff at Pugmire Lincoln Ford are incredible. The sales people were honest and candid and made the car buying experience very easy. There was no reason for William to remove the locking lug nuts from our recently purchased Isuzu Rodeo but he did. Sandy Springs Ford (where we purchased the used car) couldn't take care of it but William di nuts from our recently purchased Isuzu Rodeo but he did. Sandy Springs Ford (where we purchased the used car) couldn't take care of it but William did. It even looked like he worked on it himself. We received the maximum level of customer service and would highly recommend this dealer (or at least their service center) to anyone. William helped us out when Sandy Springs Ford failed and he didn't even benefit from the sale of the car but hopefully we can send business his way in the future. Thank you, William! More
