Just recently purchased a used Buick Encore and needed to have the AC checked for a possible leak and had an additional warranty. I was shocked to see so many people working in the service department and ho have the AC checked for a possible leak and had an additional warranty. I was shocked to see so many people working in the service department and how clean the work areas were. Anyway, Hong Nong walked me through the process of getting all the information needed and advised me depending on the issue you shouldn't have to pay for this with additional coverage. Anyway, they needed the car for about half a day, and he helped me get transportation back home. They cost more for the work to be done but I believe the work gets done right the first time and they will go out of their way to help the customer without pressure, just suggestions for work needed. 100% hands down the absolute worst service I’ve ever experienced. Bought a $90,000 truck from these guys and been trying to get the windscreen fixed for 4 months. They don’t know how to install it. They’ve had it all day and said they don’t know what they’re doing. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? All day and nothing has been done and they admitted to not knowing what they are doing. Terrible place More
