Other dealerships have an 'open driveway' policy that requires you to be in their service dept. driveway at the crack of dawn; first come, first serve. And if you're at the end of the line you may be turned away after waiting for hours. I like the idea that they return your vehicle to you clean. The last time I went, they didn't wash the car after servicing it, but it was due to the fact that it was raining. More
