Recall on airbag Everyone that I dealt with at Putnam Lexus was courteous and professional. When my airbag was replaced, it looks like something was not plugged back Everyone that I dealt with at Putnam Lexus was courteous and professional. When my airbag was replaced, it looks like something was not plugged back in because my radio did not turn on at all and my blinkers were not displaying on my screen. I discovered this as I was driving home, but did not have time to go back to the service department. When I got home, I called back to let them know. Spoke to Stuart, he set up an appointment for the next morning and Fred then took care of everything. Wonderful service. Thank you! More
