These numbers were also justified through incorrect market data about resell value of the cars and very fishy numbers on how much gas a customer saved through a purchase of a new prius. Lets just say if the person did save that amount of money on a prius, this person had to be driving a 6-7mpg car. More
We worked with Lenny, Gordon and Kino on purchasing a used car. They were all very friendly, not too pushy, and seemed to be upfront about costs and prices (relative to other car dealerships). We tried t used car. They were all very friendly, not too pushy, and seemed to be upfront about costs and prices (relative to other car dealerships). We tried to be very thorough while going over all the things one should check when purchasing a used car, but we overlooked the missing floormats! (Replacement mats cost about $100). I called in the next day after we purchased the car and I was told that the car came without floormats. It isn't what I expected from the people who said "Don't worry, we will take care of you". Floormats aren’t a big deal in the grand scheme of things but it does make our overall experience with Putnam Toyota just that little more unpleasant than it could have been. More

Status of order was communicated to me as promised, and delivery time was forecast with reasonable accuracy. Extended warranty sales was a bit of a pushy experience, though...especially with a Prius. Best to do research beforehand, or at least know accurately what your budget is before hand, and stick to it. Previous experience with their service department has taught me that it's best to follow the owner's manual recommendations for your car, and disregard additional suggestions. More
Lenny of Putnam is a very friendly guy and easy and comfortable to work with. I'm getting a great deal on a silver 2000 323ci convertible(saved over 7G's off the retail blue book) and only 31k miles o comfortable to work with. I'm getting a great deal on a silver 2000 323ci convertible(saved over 7G's off the retail blue book) and only 31k miles on it and 1 previous owner. I would have given all 5's but I'm not getting the car shipped for free(from San Francisco to Irving, TX). So going to have to fly out there and drive the sucker down, but at least I get to see the west coast.

I'd watch out for pusher warranty sales people there however. More
