Hi Raechelle, I'm not sure why you decided to leave this review now based on an experience that happened three years ago, however we offered you a fair trade amount at that time based on the vehicle's condition and history of fire damage. The same reason you wanted to trade out of your fire-damaged vehicle is why we weren't able to give as much as a vehicle with no damage is worth. I also find it interesting that such a civic-minded person is bad-mouthing my dealership, along with a great long-time employee, while not disclosing the fact your trade-in had fire damage reported on the vehicle history report. I'm sure that had we sold you a vehicle with a severe accident you would feel differently. In addition, while trying to come to a resolution in order to take care of you as a previous customer, you were extremely rude throughout the entire process not only to Jeremy but also to my salesperson and Finance Manager.
