I had a great experience at Quigley! I had done some preliminary work and even visited another dealer prior to my trip to Quigley, which by the way is an hour and fifteen minutes from wh I had done some preliminary work and even visited another dealer prior to my trip to Quigley, which by the way is an hour and fifteen minutes from where I live. The drive was well worth it! This dealer and Rob Freeman (my salesperson) in particular made this a very pleasant experience. He thoughtfully took the time to understand my situation, go over all of the aspects of the RAM 1500 Longhorn I was looking at and ended by giving me three different financial lenses to look through. He personally did a handwritten break down of all costs exposing shortcomings and benefits of each. Based on those inputs I returned to the dealer to handshake the deal, submit my financial info and have them inspect my trade. As it turns out, the financial institution we chose would not support the deal so they had to quickly adjust. Justin in finance did an outstanding job of going out and getting what ended up being a BETTER deal and one that saved me thousands of dollars in the long run. In short, these folks are great! If you are looking for a dealer that has sunsetted the "let me go get my manager" sales process, treats people like people giving them a fair transparent deal then the Quigley team and Rob Freeman is your dealer!
