Thank you for responding. I'm addressing the problem with a 3rd party to have the scratches on the door looked at and if possible "rubbed" out. I'm placing an order for a new rear window, and shipped to me directly. After the way I received the vehicle back, dirty with areas "mared" up I will handle it myself. We think the scratches can be rubbed out on the doors, the rear plastic window can be replaced back to new. But it was dirty. Which has me to believe, was the undercoat that cost me $800 applied to a dirty undercarriage? I've had vehicles undercoated before and after picking them up, they are spotless. Thank you
