Funny thing - I didn’t buy a car but still walked out with a great opinion. They told me honestly that in my budget I should wait a couple weeks for a better option. That wasn’t a rejection, that was hon with a great opinion. They told me honestly that in my budget I should wait a couple weeks for a better option. That wasn’t a rejection, that was honesty. Feels weird to say, but I’ll definitely come back. More
Finally a dealership that doesn’t start with we’ve got a special offer ending in 10 minutes. Instead, they just said take your time. At first I thought they were joking. It felt amazing - just a normal co special offer ending in 10 minutes. Instead, they just said take your time. At first I thought they were joking. Not sure what happened - I just wanted to check Mirage availability and next thing I knew, I was driving one home. No one pressured me, just explained things clearly and showed some options. My brother and I were checking out crossovers for our parents and the Outlander seemed like the best fit. No pressure at the dealership - they let us test drive together without a rep. When I came to pick up the car, there was a guy laughing with the manager about how his GPS led him to an empty field next door. Everyone was laughing, no one was acting like a boss or customer - just rea with the manager about how his GPS led him to an empty field next door. Everyone was laughing, no one was acting like a boss or customer - just real people. Honestly, I remember that moment more than the discount. It felt real. More
I saved up nearly a year for a new ride. Had my heart set on a Mirage, and they had one in stock. Called ahead, came in for a test drive, and everything was clearly explained. Walked in just to look and saw a clean white Honda with a full service record. They gave me time to think, didn’t push. Quakertown Mitsubishi — Bait-and-Switch, Hidden Fees, and Pressure Tactics! I wasted 2 hours driving to this dealership because of their fake advertised price. As soon as I sat down, they hit me with thousa Pressure Tactics! I wasted 2 hours driving to this dealership because of their fake advertised price. As soon as I sat down, they hit me with thousands in hidden fees and jacked up the price with bogus charges that were never mentioned online. On top of that, they used high-pressure tactics to push me into signing quickly. This is classic bait-and-switch and completely dishonest. Do not trust them. If you’ve had a similar experience, I encourage you to report them to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and your state’s consumer protection office. The more people speak up, the harder it will be for them to keep scamming others! More
Drove 5 hours to look at a vehicle found online with 100% intention to buy, only to be met with the hidden "oh, the price we post on the internet is not the actual price, but the price you COULD qualify for. intention to buy, only to be met with the hidden "oh, the price we post on the internet is not the actual price, but the price you COULD qualify for." Very misleading, and you would think they could have mentioned that before wasting my time driving there, or better yet post the real price first, and say "well, you get these discounts if you qualify!" and make you feel better about the deal versus being felt like you are being taken advantage of. My recommendation? Avoid this place like the plague. Oh, almost forgot to mention, though my father (I was not trading a vehicle in, so he was going to drive the vehicle we drove down in, back home) did show a little bit of frustration, the sales rep got a little snippy in return. Not very professional. Again, avoid this place. More
