I bought a truck in June 2023 and they added on a $3500 fee. I believe this is an illegal practice. Bad service, misleading ads, dirty showroom, borderline chop shop. Went there to look at a used ram, texted and emailed with sales staff saying I’m coming from an hour away, don’t want waste my time.
