Looked at 2 audi's (both were reported lemon buy backs according to the check report) and were possibly interested in one. The price listed on the website was 33500. When I asked for the numbers the salesperson came back from the manager (I guess) with a quote of over 47000. While yes this included tax, they also forced in over 11k in added garbage. $11,000! More than 7k was various wheel and tire protection as well as other things, which he said he could remove, there was nearly 4k in unremarkable and un-needed/unwanted items. I clearly said I just want the car. The salesperson went to the manager (I am guessing again) said those are not removable. I promptly left. I believe this dealership is under new ownership and I would highly recommend steering away from them. The salesperson again was ok, but the bait policies are disgusting. If you are forcing the sale of these Unwanted items I would think there is an obligation to list that price on the website. Going from $33,500 to over $47000 is shady as... More
Don’t be fooled by deceiving prices! On 11/22/22 I stopped in to test drive a Jeep Wrangler. I live 10 minutes from this dealer so, the location was great, the time was great and the “price was great”, until I walked in. Within the first 2 minutes I get a whole story about… “Our prices are below everyone else within 200 miles! Oh but you HAVE TO pay $3,500 more than we advertised for ADD-ONS. (Lojack tracking and protective coating), and they are non-negotiable.” They actually call them “add-ons” as if you might have a choice to decline them. After asking multiple times it was made clear they cannot be declined, if you want the car, you must take the “add-ons”. I can’t believe this is an allowable practice. Your prices are right in line with everyone else’s. Witch is fine! Good enough to sell cars but no, apparently some “genius” thought this would be a great way to get people in the door. They were correct. It’s also a great way to NOT sell cars. I will never go back to this place and I will tell everyone I know to stay away from this scam of a dealership. I also think it’s pretty telling that the dealership responds to all the negative reviews the same way, “Sorry to hear about your experience, we want to fix it please reach out to us blah blah blah.” How about instead of apologizing after you deceive people, you advertise what your actual prices are and then you won’t have to apologize at all! If that sounds like a CRAZY idea to you, then you’re probably the person who came up with the whole “show them a low price and sell them a higher one.” Oh and yes the salesmen told me that those $3500 “add-ons” are for every vehicle they sell. Good luck to you. Can’t wait to get the generic apology. More

Very disappointing. They lure you in with average prices for vehicles and then tack on 3k-4k in “ non-negotiable “ fees . Don’t bother waiting your time . I have purchased over 8 vehicles and have never had a worse experience with a dealership. I had an appointment to see two Ram 1500 trucks, both listing for $35.500. Upon arrival I was told the one had ju worse experience with a dealership. I had an appointment to see two Ram 1500 trucks, both listing for $35.500. Upon arrival I was told the one had just been sold the night prior. After taking the truck for a test drive the salesman started talking finance terms based on the listed $35,500. I told him would like to know the price of the truck with taxes and fees. Hope your sitting down because when he came back with the out the door price it was $46,900. Are you kidding me, I just purchased a car from another dealership for my wife for the same exact retail and taxes and fees were $3,000. I was willing to pay the full retail and a fair tax/fee charge which would have been around $39,000. I questioned a charge of $3,500 and he claimed it was to cover lojack and other defects that could happen for the lifetime of the truck. I stated the total price was way too high and he said would you purchase the truck if I was able to remove the $3,500 additional fee. Bottom line is if anyone does purchase a vehicle from this establishment you are getting ripped off. Those 5-star reviews you may be reading are most likely being typed by someone that never purchased a car from this place. My next message is going to the Better Business Borough because I don't think they should be able to bait customers with low listed retails, adding on accessary that are not on the vehicle, then jacking up the price. If I could give them 0 stars I would. The required add-ons are real, it shows as 'other' on the paperwork. It covers lojack and interior/exterior coating or some BS. Unsure if it's for all cars or those of a certain age, but add $3500 to whate paperwork. It covers lojack and interior/exterior coating or some BS. Unsure if it's for all cars or those of a certain age, but add $3500 to whatever vehicle you want when shopping here. It's a required cost they will not remove. If you have a trade they'll low-ball it, Kelly Blue Book that's hilarious! I have a better tip though, GO ELSEWHERE. Facts people - total scam joint. More
I spoke with multiple sales and managerial associates at Quakertown Mitsubishi about purchasing a Ram truck on their lot, fully indicating to them I was wanting to purchase the vehicle. After the 4th phone Quakertown Mitsubishi about purchasing a Ram truck on their lot, fully indicating to them I was wanting to purchase the vehicle. After the 4th phone call of the day with the sales team, Tom told me he had another appointment and would call me back shortly and send me the final sale numbers for the truck with the understanding I would be purchasing the truck. I then spent the next 4 hours obtaining loan pre-approvals and insurance quotes and even settled on a policy that gave me proof if insurance (insurance card) for that VIN # vehicle. After all of this, I called back before closing hours to reconnect and was told they would have to take a message because Tom was with another customer. I woke up the next morning with a voicemail from Tom saying that while he was meeting with the other customer, the truck had been sold. There was no effort by the sales team to ensure that I was securing the purchase that I had spent so much time on and there was no mention of another person looking to buy the vehicle while I was working with the sales team. It was sold right out from underneath me. I would not count on this dealership to give you their full effort when buying a vehicle. They still have not returned my call. More
