I have excellent credit and as I was trying to make my purchase they had me 4% higher than I was pre app approved and know what your rates should be. It took for me to leave and start driving away for them to give me the rate I deserve. I purchased the car and it wasn't inspected. So I had to bring it back a week later. In the process they were to complete their "we owe" work. During that process they removed tint from my car without consent and they also didn't do the car detailing they promised me. I had an appointment and it took them two day to complete the inspection only to come to pick it up with some tint removed, the gas not put in and the car not detailed. I talked to Alex lebron on the phone and over text with promises of things would be done. Then promised of we will make it up to you. They lied the whole time and try to get over on you. I called and tried talking to anyone I could to resolve this I talk to the sales department worker first many then the manager Ella then Mike Russo the service advisor then I called and talked to May at the front desk who sent me to leave another message with the main manager on duty no one will call me back. Two messages and it has now been 14 days. Rude and unprofessional. Do not buy from here More
