3 hours to close, poor PDI, treated like a criminal I was treated like a criminal, told "we don't know who you are", unauthorized credit inquiry, I was paying in cash, salesman could not wait to move on I was treated like a criminal, told "we don't know who you are", unauthorized credit inquiry, I was paying in cash, salesman could not wait to move on to other customers, sales manager didn't care, and the very brief review of the vehicle and its systems and alarms, resulted in an accident causing damage to a $58,000 purchase. Hoping the dealership owner will help. Two phones calls remain unreturned. Update: One of the owners returned my call and apologized for the way my sale was handled and indicated the dealership needs to do a better job in selling to out of state buyers. In addition, he agreed to help with the repairs needed if I can return to the dealership. Last, I expect a call from the dealership providing me with the ability to test the back-up alarm, which, should it had been tested and understood, would have prevented the accident and accompanying damage.
