Hoping the dealership owner will help. Two phones calls remain unreturned. Update: One of the owners returned my call and apologized for the way my sale was handled and indicated the dealership needs to do a better job in selling to out of state buyers. In addition, he agreed to help with the repairs needed if I can return to the dealership. Last, I expect a call from the dealership providing me with the ability to test the back-up alarm, which, should it had been tested and understood, would have prevented the accident and accompanying damage.
