Never buy from this Dealership! They took advantage of my young son sold him a lemon not to mention a 36,000 mile extended warranty his car had 41,000 miles at the time of purchase. The car is a 2018 with coolant issues and a blown gasket. Dealership won't honor the manufacturer warranty to fix it because he drove it a few blocks to get it home when it started smoking. Service dept very rude to say the least! My kid is stuck with a broken car because he can't afford $3000 "to start" looking at it according to Mark the service manager. Shame on you for taking advantage of a kid! I'd give you zero stars if it was an option! More

Nothing Quality about them Purchased a NEW 2017 Terrain from the dealership in June of 2017. Immediately the Air Conditioning system went on the fritz. After three years of trip Purchased a NEW 2017 Terrain from the dealership in June of 2017. Immediately the Air Conditioning system went on the fritz. After three years of trips back and forth to the service department, and three summers of unreliable air conditions, the dealership has done absolutely nothing to try to repair the vehicle. The vehicle came with a 3 year bumper to bumper warranty that was in the end useless. Not a slice screw was turned or nut tightened in an attempt to repair the NEW vehicle that I purchase. So here I am, the consumer, no protection, no compassion or assistance form the dealership. Paying for a new vehicle that never worked appropriately. Had the dealership reached out to the manufacture to document the issues that I was reporting the vehicle would have been classified a lemon. But the service department never did this, they just scratched their heads and sent the car home not working. Maybe buy from a dealership that stands behind their service, who will do something to assist their customers when something goes wrong. FURTHER UPDATE: I purchased a new vehicle at Quality GMC in June of 2017. Since then I have experienced both transmission/torque converter issues and well as major AC issues. I have brought the vehicle in time after time. And time and time again I have been sent home with a non conforming vehicle because you guys could not "reproduce" and issue. My AC was finally worked on in September. We will see if it is actually functional come summer. The transmission was reset once. The issue has persisted. I brought my vehicle in this morning, for the ongoing transmission issue, and was told that I would be charged for the diagnostic even though I am still covered by my powertrain warranty and this issue is know about my vehicle to the service department. I am disgusted by how the dealership conducts business. There is nothing Quality about this vehicle or your customer service. More
Feel cheated My wife and I purchased a very slightly used vehicle in August 2019. The car had only 11,000 miles on it when purchased. During the sales process the salesman very politely explained to us the the CarFax document which was provided with the sale showed that the vehicle had been involved in an accident previously, but that it had been repaired and the vehicle was in perfect shape. Six weeks after purchasing the vehicle (it is not a GMC brand) we found some serious issues that required a visit to the local Nissan dealer, assuming it would be covered by the warranty. The Nissan dealer informed us that the vehicle had been clearly damaged. (So much for the salesman's assurances of being in perfect shape.) After notifying Quality, we were told by the Used Car Manager that Quality would certainly "take care of the situation, and that Quality hadn't been in business successfully for 62 years without taking care of their customers". Result: Total silence. Repeated calls have been ignored. We had to pay the $1600 damages to insure safety. A lousy experience. More
