Arrived at 1:50 pm for 2:00 oil change appt. At 3:30 I asked why my truck had not been pulled into the building yet. They pulled it in about 3:35. At 5:30 pm I asked when the oil change would be done. They said paperwork was lost, but it's done. I will not detail my verbiage as it was not good, since I had been there the whole time, in the waiting area, 10' from the service writers, separated by a glass partition. Went to leave and the truck had 6 locations of grease on it including bumper, hood, both fenders and the side step. This truck is new with 3500 miles and the performance from start to finish was totally unacceptable. More

I’m constantly reminded by the staff at how busy they are. I’ve been flexible when I call for an oil change, even offering to leave the vehicle over night. I feel as though I’ve become an imposition. I waited for three hours. Ok - I know stuff happens. It would be nice to be kept informed. Nothing! I would ask different people - nothing. I got on I-10 and my tire pressure lights came on. Not the best service..this is my 2nd service appointment and both haven’t been good. My appointment was at 430 I was there at 415 and nobody came out until after 450. 2 times I have been given a loaner vehicle that was not clean and even mentioned it to the service member assisting me, and he seemed to be more focused on getting me out the door than providing me with qu clean and even mentioned it to the service member assisting me, and he seemed to be more focused on getting me out the door than providing me with quality. It was almost if he associated me with being accustomed to filth. There should have been better service especially since we are dealing with the COVID Pandemic. When addressed with the service department they felt comfortable with substandard service for me, but I watched others get a more quality service. Seems that lately whenever I bring my vehicle in for service that the quality is dropping off. Quebedeaux has always had a reputation for quality but it is certainly not what it use to be. I honestly feel that the senior management team should take a closer look at the service department team and its leadership. The conveyor belt service is so yesterday and customers today expect quality. Even though the service guy that assisted me had good intentions, his lack of concern for how the quality of service impacted me was very disappointing. Anyway, I returned the loaner vehicle in 10 times better shape and cleaner than when it was given to me. As a Police Officer and first responder in this community I certainly want to recommend the Quebedeax Service department, but after my last 3 visits I am a little concerned. Seems that a pattern of substandard quality is afoot and I would move to say that the senior management team might not even be aware of. I would sure hate to recommend the service center to a friend and have them experience what I did on the last 3 visits. Thank you for your concern. More
