Accurate diagnosis and quick solution! Our 2018 Terrain had been 'bucking' shortly after putting it into drive. When the transmission alert came on we knew that the shifting problems that w Our 2018 Terrain had been 'bucking' shortly after putting it into drive. When the transmission alert came on we knew that the shifting problems that we had been experiencing had to be caused by something other than operator error. Brian Medina got us right in for an appointment. After listening to our explanation of what was happening he stated that there might be a quick solution. Just one day before we came in to the service department GMC had issued computer reprogamming instructions for this very problem. To be certain that it would work Brian arranged for a loaner car and kept our SUV a second day for several road tests. The reprogramming solved the problem and the vehicle is running smoothly! We were very impressed by Brian's quick assessment of our issue and pleasantly surprised that our SUV had been washed before it was turned back over to us. More

I had an appointment booked within minutes. I received confirmation via email within minutes. I arrived for my appointment within minutes of the appointed time.
