Very dishonest sales techniques and very rude. If I could give this pace no stars I would. I was eyeing this dealership because of their low prices. I wanted a 528i BMW. It was priced a 19k. I had a great credit with a fico score in the high 700,s. I was told the car I saw online was available. I told them on the phone that I was traveling far from Long Island and they said oh you will get the car that day no problem. When I got there the car wasn't available. I told the salesperson Amit that my car payment that suits me would be in the $300's. He then told me that this 19k car would be inflated to the low $30k after interest!! I knew my credit was good so I knew this was a shady technique. They actually had the brazen audacity to tell me that I was approved for a loan with an interest rate at 25%!!! What a bunch of con artists, thieves. Theses low priced luxury cars online are not priced as advertised. Their objective is to get you in the door, gain your interest in a luxury vehicle, pad on your payments at the highest interest rate possible so they can pocket a hefty income at your expense, no matter how good your credit is. The financing manager was a lying rude imbecile as well. They want to pull the wool over your eyes and rob you blind. Their luxury cars have high miles as well. Before your term is up your car will have depreciated in value and you will be paying $500-600 monthly on an old aged model worth nothing with declining parts. Needless to say I got out of there and never returned. 2 days later I found an honest luxury car dealership on Long Island from car gurus website. I got the 528i BMW 2012 that I wanted with a 2.5% interest rate. Stay away from these people. They are inconsiderate people who have no regard for anyone. I'm going to report them to the BBB for their dishonesty. They are the worst!!! More
