I left a $200 deposit on a CREDIT CARD scheduled a test drive. I never got the test drive but by that point we weren't interested anymore and it was a hassle getting them to refund the charge. They eventually did so reluctantly. GO THERE AT YOUR OWN RISK. More

I was very pleased with the professional manner of all employees. I got approved right away; their no hidden fees, very upfront, no nonsense. I couldn't have asked for something else stress free as far car buying experience. Thanks to his help and others at the dealership I left with my Infiniti FX35 and am really pleased. More

We picked a bmw to check how much ill haveto pay monthly. The monthly payment was not within our budget so we didnt want it and asked to see other cars. The finance guy issac gave us a nasty attitude he called the sales guy and told him to show us more cars and to stop playing games. He pissed me off and i left. Worst experience at a dealership. Stay away they just want your money not happy and friendly with customers. More

So your actual sale price is sale price+3000. The the actual scam starts... The finance guy will add $3000 more saying your credit is not good. In understand the sales game and yes this is common but come on at least they fake showing interest in the client! So i ended up going to another dealer who met all my criteria with no problems at all. Just goes to show this place could care less about customers and are only interested in being greedy. They let 12 grand walk right out the door without a hitch. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Bay Ridge Honda all the way! More

After spending all Saturday waiting for them to scam all the other customers that were there before finishing our application process, It was marked up $3200 because of an inspection that was made? On top of that a $700 finance fee is added. Keep in mind there is no warranty yet. This is something they don’t explain over the phone before you make the trip. The Mercedes right after my arrival at home indicated a B maintenance service was required. Loan closer or “manager” claimed my windshield cracks (2) were going to be fixed by them when I get home and call them. 7 weeks I am sitting here and I keep calling and I am still told that someone will call me back. I have not received: my plates, spare key aftermarket warranty papers loan papers as they held them until my check cleared which cleared next business day my temporary plate is already expired. I used a co-signer and the loan closer said both of us will be on the term of the car but NO, only my co-signer is on the term, loan, titling, everything. The bank who we have the term with doesn’t even refinance which is the only way to get out after the loan closer told us 6 months into the term we can swap. THESE ARE SCAMMERS IN ACTION. More
