BE CAREFUL - THESE GUYS ARE FRAUDS! We came to this agency with a trade in to get a bigger car because I was pregnant. We spent several hours working through different cars and deals. We found a deal we liked, but the manager on duty told us he doesn't want to make the deal because the car isn't the best. We appreciated his "honesty", and looked at other cars. We left after picking a car to pick up our kids from school, and returned with them, with he understanding that all we need is to sign the documents. When we returned the manager again concocted a story about the car he offered us not eligible for financing - we were stupid about it - and he gave us another car to look at. I was exhausted and our three kids were getting annoyed. The purposely made us all tired and frustrated so we just say yes to the car, and we were so out of it at that point that we didn't check well enough. They sold us a car that has structural damage. A couple of weeks later when we tried to bring the car in after it was inspected and many problems were found they didn't have an appointment for us for several weeks, mainly to get it our of the 60 day warranty. We were stuck with a car that had to have close to $10k in repairs. IN ADDITION! They had a parking ticket on the car and they put in an earlier date for the sale and a judge ruled against us and we had to pay their parking ticket! These guys are frauds. They see a pregnant women with a family as easy prey. These are the people that give a bad name to all car salesmen and I cannot even write the things I wish for them. More
