The best vehicle purchasing experience! I bought my first Chevy Cruz in 2011 from Quirk Chevrolet. My experience then was wonderful and recently I decided to go back to Quirk to look at my I bought my first Chevy Cruz in 2011 from Quirk Chevrolet. My experience then was wonderful and recently I decided to go back to Quirk to look at my options of getting into a newer Cruz. My salesman Justin Tilbe was absolutely wonderful. He listened to what I was looking for and at that time I was unsure if I would even qualify but he treated me as if I was a customer with A1 credit. Justin found the vehicle and color for me, which is another Cruz (I love my Cruz). He worked with Frank Carnucci (Manager) and Jesse Kiley (Finance) and between them all, I left Quirk with my beautiful new 2015 Cruz and a smile on my face. Like I said, I love my Cruz and my experiences with Quirk have me not wanting to ever go anywhere else for my vehicles. Hoping that my salesman Justin and the rest of the team are still there when it is time for me to return for another Cruz. Thank you Justin, Frank and Jesse. More

Effective and Professional Experience My wife and I were looking for a family car and when we had arrived at Quirk Zach Josephs was efficient and expedient at finding us a 2011 Chevrolet T My wife and I were looking for a family car and when we had arrived at Quirk Zach Josephs was efficient and expedient at finding us a 2011 Chevrolet Traverse, a vehicle that suited us. Unfortunately the car was being serviced that we had wanted, but Zach took the time to get pictures of the car, get us all the information, and have as much familiarity with the vehicle short of being able to go inside of it. He took the time to go over every detail of the vehicle, and to tell us exactly why it was on the lift to be serviced. A few days later when the car had gone through the service Zach was prompt to contact us and let us know the car was ready for a test drive. His knowledge and experience shined through to make the car buying experience as painless and enjoyable as possible. He made sure every button was pushed, every door was opened, and every part of the vehicle was touched to ensure it functioned properly and we knew how to use it. As the paperwork and decisions were being filed, Zach continued to work hard to give all possible options best suited for us and kept us in the loop with everything that was occurring throughout the whole experience. I have had bad experiences with dealerships in the past, but Zach's professionalism and conduct showed not only that he was a subject matter expert as an employee, but that he made the whole experience relaxing and stress free that you rarely find in car buying experiences today.
