They have also been rude and have actually hung up on me on two occations even though I was keeping the calls professional. WARNING------DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE HERE! More
had a very positive experience when I brought my Hummer H2 in for a oil change. The technician took very good care not to get oil and grease inside and on the paint. The wash job was also very nice. I brought a 2002 Cavalier in for repairs after an accident last at end of 2003. Since then I had a electrical failure due to a wires that were crushed from the accident and not replaced. The repaired accident last at end of 2003. Since then I had a electrical failure due to a wires that were crushed from the accident and not replaced. The repaired section had pieces of broken glass and plastic inside the quarter that were never removed. Now I tried to use the air conditioner with the advent of warm weather. No cold air!!. It turns out that the low pressure line had been pushed back into the serpentine belt from the accident and was partially severed. Dobles repair moved it back to its correct position but never repaired or replaced it.The insurance company is balking at covering these "discoveries" a few months later. Was over $6000 for repairs Dobles did (and took quite a while to do it) so far I am in the hole $900 more.Great sales lousy service.
