Frank Carnucci and Raphael worked with us and answered all of our questions and took the time to listen to our concerns. They were both professional and friendly and did not pressure us in any way. IT'S A TRAP!! The sales process was more like an interrogation! I was there for just under 5 hours and they even told me I couldn't leave to get my daughter somethi The sales process was more like an interrogation! I was there for just under 5 hours and they even told me I couldn't leave to get my daughter something to eat! Brought vehicle in for service and the kept telling me they couldn't find the problem. Had one of the desk girls look at the vehicle and she saw the problem in 3 seconds (had to do w/ windshield). They replaced the windshield which then leaked. They "resealed" it 3 additional times, but by then I had electrical damage they didn't want to claim responsibility for. Now I've owned the vehicle for 9 months and EVERY single month since I've had it it's been in the shop AT LEAST once, but most months 3-4 times!!! Spoke to sales manager who said the only thing he could do for me was get me into a new lease, but "I would NOT break even on the vehicle"!!!! Would NEVER recommend this dealer to anyone! More

Go to dealership. All staff member's where great. Even sales reps that I wasn't purchasing the car from, were even passing jokes with me and just making it an enjoyable All staff member's where great. I love my new Trax! I visited Quirk Chevrolet on 6/10/15, to purchase a new vehicle with AWD after driving over 80 miles per day through endless snowstorms this winter. I visited Quirk Chevrolet on 6/10/15, to purchase a new vehicle with AWD after driving over 80 miles per day through endless snowstorms this winter. I was approached immediately by a Sales Associate (Justin) who was knowledgeable and friendly. I test drove a 2015 Trax and loved the style and performance. I was impressed with the professionalism of both the Sales Associate and Sales Manager and am extremely happy with my new SUV! More
