One of the worst experiences We have been going to this dealer for a while, have bought several cars from them and referred plenty of people. We were happy loyal customers until they screwed us with this last deal. They sold us a CERTIFIED pre-owned Nissan which was fine, great car. What I don't understand is how you give us the car with a dent on the side, clearly it had been in an accident even though you checked off on the certification that it had a clean history. And then when we point it out to you, you first claim we did it when we hadn't even driven the car except to drive it home. Then, once their own staff admits to having seen the dent there when they handed it to us, then they said 'oh ok, yea it was like that but we won't fix it'. We argued back and forth and they reluctantly agreed to fix it but it never happened. They just played games telling us they ordered the part, or to bring it in that they would fix it. Each time the car sat on the lot for days and nothing happened. Then they say to pick it up because they're not ready to fix it. Now they're saying they won't fix it because it cost too much money. So I bought a Certified PreOwned car and you're promising me it has a clean history but I'm looking at the dent on it and now you're telling me I have to pay for it out of pocket???? Then they promise a $100 referral bonus for each person you send who buys a car and it's been months and still no check. Every time we call to ask for an update they say the check is ready, they're just waiting on a signature. I don't know any boss or supervisor who, over the course of 3 months, can't take a minute to sign off on a single check. What a joke! More

Overall it was a pleasant experience.m Bought a Murano from Rotimi yesterday and he was very pleasant to deal with. He got us into the car we wanted without hassle. I met Tommy Yee and he couldn't have been more helpful or made the experience any easier or more enjoyable. By 1:30 I was walking out the door leaving behind my 02 Tahoe for a 2015 Altima. He and the whole staff at Quirk made the experience awesome. It was the first new car I've ever purchased, and if I knew it would be this easy and enjoyable I would've done this a lot earlier. I will fully recommend The Quirk family of Car Sales to all my friends and family. I'll also recommend any of my friends looking for a Nissan to go see Tommy Yee! Thanks again for everything Tommy! Exceptional Customer Service I bought two vehicles, one for me and the other for my daughter as a graduation present from Martin at Quirk Nissan. The service I received was except I bought two vehicles, one for me and the other for my daughter as a graduation present from Martin at Quirk Nissan. The service I received was exceptional. Prior to coming to Quirk Nissan, I went to other dealerships and the experience was not as good as my experience with Martin. He was informative and demonstrated all aspects of both vehicles, something their competitors failed to do. Martin catered to my needs and didn't put me in any vehicle just to make the sale, he put me in the right car and made sure that it fit within my budget as well. For a new Salesman, Martin seemed very comfortable, almost as if he has done this for a long time. I would definitely recommend Martin to my friends and family. Never sign the edocuments !!!! Avoid this place, they are cheaters. Never ever e-sign on the documents, Insist for printed documents and go through them before signing. I first bought a used car for alsmost same price of a new one, right after a month, i had issues with the car and went back to ask the same. they found i was intrested in a new one and traped me into trading the used car i bought and buy a new one, they never explained me on how much i was losing on my old car as part of trade in. They confused me and made me sign the deal, later, after 3 days when i checked the statements i was paying, i was shocked to see the amount i still owe the bank. I went back to them saying there was a confusion, they showed me the e-documents i signed. They spoke with me very nicely all the time, but, end of day, i have lost so much money in the deal. More
