Great experience! Buying a new car can be and usually is a very stressful experience for most of us. I recently purchased a 2015 Lincoln MKS from R C Lacey and Bret Law Buying a new car can be and usually is a very stressful experience for most of us. I recently purchased a 2015 Lincoln MKS from R C Lacey and Bret Lawton was my sales associate. It started with me searching on the internet for a 2015 MKS as mine was already 6 years old. My search lead me to Lacy so I received an e-mail after requesting information. I called to request an appointment to see there inventory and Bret was the first person to greet me on my arrival. Bret took my information and asked what I was looking for and my price range. He made this experience so easy for me that after thinking about the deal on Friday, I gave Bret a call and he told me to stop in on Saturday which I did.When I arrived to show my wife the car, I told Bret I needed to get to a number I was comfortable with and he replied, give me "10 minutes" so I agreed. Upon his return, he said "will this work?", and to my surprise, it was the deal I was looking to make! We sat down, he took the information he needed, I gave him a deposit, and returned on Monday to sign the paperwork and give him the rest of my down payment. I drove home that night with my new car, loaded with all the amenities I was looking for! Thank you Bret for making this a great experience! I will refer others to you for doing such a great job! A great buying experience. Kirk was a great help. We had been shopping for a new car for several months. After spending time researching online, we narrowed our choices to Subaru’s Forester and Toyota We had been shopping for a new car for several months. After spending time researching online, we narrowed our choices to Subaru’s Forester and Toyota’s RAV4 in late November. While both cars had similar features and pricing, we selected the Forester. Our buying experience at RC Lacy was stress free and quite enjoyable. Everyone we met at Lacy was friendly. The facilities were very comfortable and clean. We especially appreciated the way we were treated by Kirk McGee our salesman. Kirk’s relaxed approach was refreshing. He patiently answered all of our questions and spent a good deal of time allowing us to look over and test drive several Forester models. He was even able to match the Toyota dealership’s financing offer. We were impressed with his knowledge and, once we made our decision, the efficient way he helped us to complete our purchase. Kirk took care of all the paper work and had everything ready for us when we came to pick up our car on November 23rd. This was impressive, as we agreed to the purchase on Friday the 20th and needed the car before Thanksgiving. After our purchase was completed, Kirk also took the time to show us all of the features available in our vehicle. He even helped us link our mobile phone to the car’s blue tooth. Based on our buying experience, we would recommend RC Lacy and Kirk McGee to anyone in the market for a new car. More
