Robbie and the team at Lacy helped us with everything and even promised to give us a loaner if the new car didn't arrive on time (which it did, luckily!). We got exactly the car we were looking for, with all the options, and did not have to do a lot of haggling. Robbie had to come to our house twice to pick up or drop off -- really nice and above the call of duty!
