We were downsizing from two leased cars to one new 2015 Outback so it was complicated timing the turning in of the Fords and the purchase of the new c We were downsizing from two leased cars to one new 2015 Outback so it was complicated timing the turning in of the Fords and the purchase of the new car, which had to be ordered. Robbie and the team at Lacy helped us with everything and even promised to give us a loaner if the new car didn't arrive on time (which it did, luckily!). We got exactly the car we were looking for, with all the options, and did not have to do a lot of haggling. Robbie had to come to our house twice to pick up or drop off -- really nice and above the call of duty! I would definitely return to Lacy for our next car -- though I expect to be driving this one for a long, long time... MRB Hudson More
