Sold us a car with a fuel leak that the mechanic didn’t find because the car was totally out of gas when we took it to the inspection. I’m sure it’s not normal practice for them to sell cars with no gas but it’s a good way to hide a major issue. More

BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT do business with RPM Garage. I bought a 2010 Dodge Challenger R/T "Mopar" Edition from this dealerahip less than 15 days ago. I have driven it DO NOT do business with RPM Garage. I bought a 2010 Dodge Challenger R/T "Mopar" Edition from this dealerahip less than 15 days ago. I have driven it less than 40 miles and it is now apparent that this 1-owner, no accidents, "Mopar" Edition R/T has been wrecked with major damage. And although the dealership legally stated in the final contract that they were unaware of any major damage and DID NOT complete Major repairs, they purposely lied. The front bumper was replaced, front fenders, as well as the front wide-body mods removed and not replaced after repair. All of the AC vents are detached, has a very loud clicking noise behind the dash (that I question the saleaman about), no working interior lights, no working key fob, no anti-theft alarm, no heated leather seats as advertised, no spare tire, ALL badges removed, even from the Shaker hood, Mopar Shaker Hood tool missing, no fluids serviced under the hood and I cannot drive over 60 mph without a high vibration. As you can see on their website, they have nicely maintained cars. When I voiced my concerns to my salesman before the purchase, he assured me that they would have the car ready to go. At this point, this car would not even pass an inspection and I do not trust RPM Garage. I also never received my free steak dinner offered for catching the dealership in a lie about the Mopar Edition not actually being a Mopar 10. Sadly, as I woman, I feel they were purposely deceptive. Fantastic experience purchasing a well cared for used Italian exotic from these guys earlier in January, only 2 years after buying my first Lamborghini from them too. Lots of changes on their building, every time it looks nicer and nicer. Worked with Patrick to negotiate a deal, sight unseen! My first time going this route with not being able to touch and drive the car in person prior to purchasing. Patrick was very candid about everything and timely with his replies to all my questions via text and phone. We worked through the details on the vehicle I purchased, plus traded pics and negotiated what I felt was a very fair deal for my trade. After a couple of days I was able to make it down to Dallas to pick the car up and found the car was in excellent shape. Low miles for a 7 year old vehicle and well taken care of, just as described by Patrick. He was also able to take some of the extra time to remedy a few small cosmetic items, which I appreciated and also took time to show me how to actually drive this car and mess with all the little things on it. Total time at the dealer to sign everything was around an hour and Victor in the finance department was efficient and cordial to work with. In addition, Victor was able to locate an extended warranty (hard to get for exotics) after everything was done at a great price that I couldn’t refuse. My experience here was outstanding, they were not pushy at all like in most dealerships. They let me test drive the vehicle and take it to my mechanic for a third party inspection. Once the inspection was done, the car needed a couple of little things to be perfect. Patrick the manager didn’t hesitate one bit to help me right away. He made sure to fix all the little things the car needed to be perfect. I couldn’t be more thankful for my experience, I am not the type to ever write a review really, but my experience was so good that I felt they really deserved it. 10/10 customer service and 10/10 inventory. This dealership looks like a car gallery showroom not a dealership. I will be back for my next car for sure! More
