Buyer beware: I purchased a vehicle from RPM motorcars back in January. I specifically asked and was told that the vehicle had not been in an accident and that it was under warranty. Both of which turned back in January. I specifically asked and was told that the vehicle had not been in an accident and that it was under warranty. Both of which turned out to be lies. I had the car shipped to my home in Las Vegas under these false pretenses. after receiving the car I immediately had issues with it and knew that it had been in accident. I took the vehicle into the local bmw dealership and was told that the vehicle had been in a severe accident and that the repair work had been performed by an uncertified mechanic and that ask the products used were after market products. because of this the warranty had been voided and that it would cost me $23,000 dollars to get the car back up to warranty standards. I was even told by BMW that they had used silicone blue to hide the fact that oil pan on the vehicle was leaking and needed to be replaced. (And after reading reviews this isn't the first time they used silicone to repair their vehicles.)I explained to RPM and after fighting with them they agreed to cancel the sale contract, and return the vehicle, which they did do. They also agreed to refund the loan back to Capitol One. this was back in March. I was told by the owners of RPM on April 29th that they had sent off the payoff check through FedEx and that they would prove me the check number and tracking number That afternoon (April 29th), it is now May 9th and they still have not sent me any information in regards to this only empty promised. And Capitol one as of this morning has still not received the Pay off check. I also never receiving any title or registration information on this car. So now I have a $43,000 loan that is dragging down my credit, on a busted up car that isn't even in my possession, that isn't even registered in my make. Four months of dealing with these issues and I've received nothing but empty promises from RPM and zero action or accountability on their part. I have contacted Ray at RPM every couple of days for four months to resolve this and he is always going follow up and resolve this. Al and Ray Penman put the grease in grease ball used car salesmen. Very shady business practices over the at RPM motors. Take your business else where. More

The GM, Shaheen Harris was very accommodating and made every effort to make this deal happen smoothly even after the sale he Fedex'd me the car manual and a $500 second car key he had made.
