Navigation Issue I was having problems with my Navigation and Tim went above and beyond the call of duty to see that the problem was addressed. ( I am not a technical I was having problems with my Navigation and Tim went above and beyond the call of duty to see that the problem was addressed. ( I am not a technical person so I cannot recall what the exact issue was) I believe it had something to do with a module. The destination map was still an issue, but Tim came to my rescue and figured it out. It works very well now. It was able to test it out today and it worked great. Tim is very nice accommodating and digs down to the issue. He is a gem! I have never had a problem with the service at Raabe, ever! Thank you, Jill Halker More

Great experience I arrived early for my 8:00 AM appointment and turned the car over to George to do a recall issue.
