Kevin was very prompt and kept me in touch with the process from locating the right vehicle for us to handing the keys over. Went through the checklist and indepth walk through of its many features. I took my Lincoln for its 30,000 mile service, the fellas did an excellent job getting me a Lincoln loaner to drive & doing the work on the car itself. All of the people are friendly & helpful!
