Mark and Rick treated me like a long lost brother. Rick took me on a drive so he could verify my concern and made sure I wasn't late for work. I have had my truck at two other Ford dealers who tried to fix it. They were OK however they did not fix my problem. Oh, did I mention they fixed my 6.4 diesel the first time and treated me great even though I did not buy it there. My over all experiences have been great. Rick and the rest of the crew are the best around and I wouldn't go to any other dealer and one great thing is they don't require an appointment. The boys from Racerway are tops in my book. When this economic mess is over I hope to buy new truck from them. Service is what makes a dealership and in my 30 years experience with dealerships these guys have made an impression with me. P.S.
