The experience was excellent. The staff members were all extremely kind. The car is everything we wanted in a vehicle. The only negative thing I would have to say is that we have two car notes because we couldn’t trade in the one we showed up at the dealership with due to the amount still remaining on the lease, but the dealership was in great condition, it was very clean. Our salesman was very nice. I believe Tom was the manager. He did a great job as well and got us approved so I greatly appreciate all their efforts so thank you again raceway Kia of Conshohocken may you guys continue to be successful and may there be plenty of smiling faces at the end of every day? We had the best experience at Raceway Kia. We were looking to lease a Sorento PHEV and Raceway had the exact model we were looking for, so I reached out a few days before we visited to ask for We were looking to lease a Sorento PHEV and Raceway had the exact model we were looking for, so I reached out a few days before we visited to ask for a quote. Mike Gerhart (sales manager) was very quick to respond with a full proposal and answered any questions I had via email and even called me to confirm a few details. When we arrived, Nick (salesman) helped us with a test drive and all of our paperwork before handing us off to Chase (finance) who was very quick in getting the final papers signed. All in all, we were in and out in under 2 hours with 0 headaches, O xx, and a brand new car with everything we were promised. Thank you Raceway, we will be back! More
