⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for sales ⭐️ for service I had an amazing buying experience at Raceway KIA of Conshohocken with Eric and Mike. They worked hard to track down a rare Carnival SX-Prestige Hybrid with 8 seats a buying experience at Raceway KIA of Conshohocken with Eric and Mike. They worked hard to track down a rare Carnival SX-Prestige Hybrid with 8 seats and gave me a solid deal: MSRP pricing, lifetime PA state inspection, 2 years of free oil changes, floor mats, and wheel locks. On the sales side, I was impressed, and that’s why I originally gave them 5 stars. But here’s the truth: once the car is sold, the story changes. I was told lifetime state inspection is free — which sounded great since local shops charge $60–80. But when I went for my first service, they slapped me with a $63 charge for emissions. This was never explained during the sale. At other shops, inspection and emissions are included in one price. So “free inspection” is nothing more than a marketing gimmick. In reality, you end up paying more than a local shop. This is misleading, plain and simple. Raceway KIA advertises perks to hook you in, but once you’re a customer, those promises don’t mean much. My advice: if you’re buying here, pin them down on every single detail before signing anything. Don’t fall for the “free inspection” line like I did. Mike is great guy while you’re buying — but after the sale, the dealership shows zero care. I’ve purchased two vehicles here and even recommended them to others. That ends now. I won’t be coming back. More

Cire was great and the staff overall was very helpful and knowledgeable about what we were looking for. We did have to wait about 30-40 minutes between agreeing on the price and seeing finance to sign the lo knowledgeable about what we were looking for. I was more than a little frustrated and taken aback when I met with Chase (I think?) in Finance since I was under the impression that the price/monthly payment that we agreed to in the front room covered the extended warranties we specifically said we wanted, which wasn't the case. The payment I was shown in the back was over $200/month MORE than the already high payment I agreed to up front, which handcuffed me to either walk away, not protect my expensive vehicle or to cut a check for a large sum of money. Hands down, best experience buying a car I’ve ever been through. Never once did I feel like I was being pressured to buy anything.
