Keisha did not pressure me, or make me feel like she was just saying whatever was necessary to close the deal. She spent time with me while I test drove multiple cars. She was very personable, informative about the cars I was considering, and was very clear when she was offering her own personal opinions. I had been considering a similar type of car from another nearby dealership and the sales experience there was drastically different and much more typical of what you expect when you go to purchase a car.
