There was absolutely no pushiness and they even talked me down a model! Alex did a wonderful job of explaining every part of the vehicle all the while being very honest and entertaining. Keisha did not pressure me, or make me feel like she was just saying whatever was necessary to close the deal. She spent time with me while I test drove multiple cars. She was very personable, informative about the cars I was considering, and was very clear when she was offering her own personal opinions. I had been considering a similar type of car from another nearby dealership and the sales experience there was drastically different and much more typical of what you expect when you go to purchase a car.
