Murray Kia Impressive Roger O'Kane was forthright and answered every question that my wife and I posed to him. No bait and switch, I would highly recommend Roger to anyone. I was very impressed with the whole operation at Murray Kia. The staff were informative and polite. One thing, not under their control. I am not happy at all with my decision to go with Kia Finance for my purchase. I have many, many of my bills taken out of my checking acct. With my Marriott Visa, I can call them any time day or night and make an additional payment. With Kia Financial I am ; penalized if I make an additional payment or want to pay more that month. You guys charge a fee. That is absolutely outrageous and if I had to do it again, I wouldn't. I was eligible for 0% financing and to my regret, I choose Kia Financial to save a few bucks on the give backs. You guys have to reexamine your terms and conditions. I would never recommend Kia Financial to anyone. Thanks Jim France More

Already had my credit approved for my bank to buy but I wanted to buy the new stinger which was not on the market yet and the Cadenza I wanted you didn't have either. With Rodgers perseverance at the last minute your bank said yes for the leasing. The Sportage was the next best thing and I need it a vehicle and in 2 years I will be back for the Stinger or the Cadenza thank you . Kia has the best warranty More
